How the performance bonus works

  • +$30 for every Google Maps call above your baseline, billed at the end of each month. Your total monthly fee is capped at $2,000, so you always know the ceiling.
  • Your baseline is the average monthly calls over the 6 months right before we start, refreshed every 12 months.
  • If calls fall below your baseline by even one call, I waive 50% of that month's management fee. My skin is in the game.
  • Google Business Profile's reported call count is the only measurement used for your baseline and performance fees. One number, no arguing.
  • No long-term contract. Month to month.

How fast will I see results?
Optimizing your Google Business Profile can lift calls within the first few weeks. Real movement up the map usually lands between 90 and 180 days depending on how competitive your area and specialty are. Anyone promising top-of-the-map rankings in 30 days is either lying or working in an empty market.
How does the performance bonus work?
You pay your base fee plus $30 for every Google Maps call above your baseline, with your total capped at $2,000 in any month. Your baseline is your average monthly calls over the 6 months before we start. If calls ever drop below it, I waive half that month's management fee. Full terms are with the plans above.
What counts as a call?
Calls placed through your Google Business Profile, measured by Google's own reported call count. That's the single number we both watch, so there's nothing to argue about.
Which practices do you work with?
I provide Local SEO and Medical SEO in Georgia for dentists, physical therapy, med spas, pilates and wellness studios, veterinary practices, and similar local health and wellness practices.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month. If I'm not earning it, you leave.
Do you do social media?
